Terms of Service
Last updated: 05 October 2026 · Kanak Accounting Solutions (OPC) Private Limited
These terms apply when you use this website or order a service from Kanak Accounting Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “Kanak Solutions”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we do
We provide bookkeeping, return preparation, filing support, payroll processing, registrations and business documentation such as project reports. We are not a firm of chartered accountants. We do not provide audit, attestation, assurance or certification services, legal opinions or investment advice. Where the law requires a report or certificate from a practising professional, you appoint that professional yourself.
2. Your responsibilities
- Give us complete and correct information and documents by the dates we ask for them.
- Review the working we share and approve it before filing. Returns and forms are filed on your instruction and are your declarations under law.
- Complete OTP, digital-signature or e-verification steps promptly, and pay taxes and government fees directly.
- Keep your portal password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are shown on the site and on your invoice before you pay. We are not registered under GST at present and do not charge GST. Government fees, taxes, interest and penalties are not part of our fee. Work starts when payment is confirmed. Monthly plans are billed in advance for each period and renew when you pay the renewal invoice. Services marked “from” are priced for a standard case; if yours needs more work we will tell you the price before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Turnaround
Stated turnaround times are counted from the day we receive complete documents and payment, and exclude time taken by government departments and portals.
5. Our on-time commitment
For clients on an active monthly plan: if you give us complete and correct data at least five working days before a statutory due date covered by your plan, have completed your verification steps, and the filing is still late only because of our delay, we will bear the statutory late fee for that filing, up to the fee you paid us for that month. This commitment does not cover tax, interest, delays caused by portal failures or events outside our control, or periods before you joined.
6. Limitation of liability
We work with reasonable care on the information you provide. We are not liable for consequences of incorrect, incomplete or late information, or for decisions of any authority or bank. Except where the law does not allow a limit, our total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid for that service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver your services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Ending the engagement
You may stop a monthly plan before the next billing date. We may suspend or end services if invoices are unpaid, if information is withheld, or if we are asked to do something unlawful. On ending, we will hand over your records on request once dues are cleared.
9. Website use
Calculators, calendars and articles on this site are for general information and are not professional advice for your situation. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users’ data or upload harmful files.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to our Grievance Officer first (9500406111); we will try to resolve any complaint within one month. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
Contact us if anything here is unclear.
